TBM Solution is part of Soundzdirect Ltd, an Irish online retail company established in 2011, specialising in marketplace management of Consumer Electronics products on marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, and managing online B2B sales solutions for brands.
From the outset, TBM wished to make the animation informative but also engaging and light-hearted. We worked closely together to come up with the initial concept that was Captain TBM. The biggest challenge we faced was to incorporate all the relevant regulatory information and barriers but that still fit into the ‘superhero’ narrative. We used playful comic style graphics that fit in with the story and filled the screen to make them as clear as possible. The soundtrack also plays a large role in the storytelling. The beat and tempo of music support the graphics and also emphasize the change of tone from before Captain TBM arrives to when he comes to save the day!
